I cannot find the WIFI tool

Hi everybody,
i`m new in Pocket PC.
I have PPC2003 a Wireless CF-Card installed. It makes up a connection, but I
cannot acces Internet over the WLAN Router?
I cannot find the WIFI tool I read so much about in the Newsgroup.
Is it possible that i have a different Version of PocketPC2003?
I have Vers. 4.20.1081 build 13100 installed

Can anybody help me?
