Can't you sync your iPAQ via ActiveSync and the wireless connection then use
the 'pass through' of ActiveSync to share the connection?

should be fine with that. In my home I run a wireless network with Internet
Connection Sharing through the computer with the access point.

That's an idea, however the computer with the Internet connection is not the computer that I want to sync my Ipaq with. But if that's the only way, then I guess I'll have to try that.
Thanks,
Peter

Well if you can get it working, please share how you did it. I've exhausted
all of my options to get pass-through working. I don't know what else to
do.

What version of Windows is running on the ICS computer?
Win98 does not "see" CE devices so dhcp does not work... however,
assigning a static ip on the ppc will allow Win98 ICS to work.

I'm running XP Pro on all my computers. Could my Zonealarm firewall cause this problem

Sorry... I don't have XP answers... suggest disabling ZoneAlarm and AV
for a test to exclude them from the possibilities.
