I have read about Media Player recognising my 2210 as a portable media
device, but I cannot get it to detect my PPC. Currently I am trying it via
my Belkin BT dongle, i'm not sure what kind of connection I should establish
and how to get it detected.

Any help is appreciated.

Are you able to establish a connection with ActiveSync on the PC via
bluetooth?

Yep, I have most things working via BT with the exception of internet
access.
