using a bluetooth cell phone as a modem ???

im struggling with getting this to work, i had it once and someone msssed
it up

ipaq 5455, PPC 2002, with a eSony Ericsson T68i cell phone

any hints appreciated

start at the beginning please.. ill need to document this
