I connect to my ISP through WiFi and a VPN tunnel.
This works fin with XP and 2k, but i can't get PPC 2003 to start the VPN !
My network card gets IP from the local gateway (there is no WEP) and
everything seems OK.
Then i try to follow the below instructions from Windows Mobile Resources.
It stops at # 14, there is no "Connect" button. How do I get PPC 2003 to
start the VPN connection ??
1. From "When connected, automatically connect to Work using
these settings", select Work Settings
2. Tap Modify... directly below
3. Select the VPN tab
4. Tap New...
5. Name the connection
6. Enter the name or IP address of the VPN server
7. Tap ok
8. If you do not have a proxy server to connect to the internet, skip
to step 13
9. Select the Proxy server tab
10. Check "This network connects to the internet"
11. Check "This network uses a proxy server to connect to the internet"
12. Enter the name or IP address of the Proxy server
13. Tap ok
14. Tap Connect
15. Enter your User name and Password and Domain (if required) for
the account
16. Check "Save Password" if you do not want to enter it again
17. Tap OK
Any ideas on how to get the VPN started ???

Try a tap and hold on the VPN name to get the connect
option.

Make sure that the connection listed under "Internet" is not the same as
"Work" if both are the same then vpn will not launch. I've found that if I
keep all the connection(Intenet and the one's under wifi) set to internet
that everything works.
