Does anyone know if Cisco has a VPN client for PPC's?

I would like to VPN in with the PPC instead of dragging the laptop along.

Not that i'm aware of but movian by cetricom seems to do well with cisco and
other vpn's. It's not free but there is a trail available on handango I
believe.
