Hello,

I'm searching for a wireless network card (PCMCIA or CompactFlash) with the
802.11 frequency hopping 1 - 2 Mbs standard. I need this network card for a
mobile device which is running pocket pc 2003 (windows mobile 2003).
I've already tried the Symbol Spectrum24 (LA3021) PCMCIA card, but the
available drivers for windows ce 3.0 doesn't work correctly with my pocket
pc 2003 pda (HP iPaq 5550 + ExpansionPack).

Does anybody know such a card I'm searching for?

Thanks
Joachim

Doesn't the built-in 802.11b WiFi radio already perform this function?

Unfortunately not. The built-in WLAN is based on direct sequence (DSSS)
radio an not on the frequency hopping (FHSS) radio which I need.

I believe you will find that the hardware you are looking for is considered
obsolete. As such it is unlikely that you will be able to find Windows
Mobile 2003 drivers for it.
