Have you tried using the IP of the computer instead of the netbios name?
For you to access netbios names you will need to set your connection profile
to "work", which ia a pain when you jump between both netbios and dotted
addresses. If you use the IP of the computer then you can avoid doing that.

Have you tried using http://My_Computer_Name ? Instead of
www.My_Computer_Name or perhaps http://192.168.1.1:8080 or do you need to
connect on another port than 8080?
