What's the best way to figure out your Mac Address on a Pocket PC 2003. I
need it to get added to a client's wifi net. Thanks.

Depends on what device you have, for ipaq models you can check under the
system information. For other devices they may have it under the wlan
control panel. An easy way to find out is to download the free
VxIP(http://cam.com/vxipconfig.html) program and it'll tell you as well.

From my iPAQ 4705 (your device may differ, but likely similar)
tap> SETTINGS
tap> SYSTEMS
tap> HP Asset Viewer
select Wi-Fi tab
MAC Address: listed at bottom of information panel.
