Dell Axim and wireless

I have a Dell Axim X50 and I am trying to get it to connect to the
Internet via my wireless network.

I have a successful connection (can view stats etc) to the network but
cannot get onto the internet.

Initially it told me It couln't find page. After messing about it now
tells me I have to setup a proxy ???

There is also the option to setup a VPN ??

Can anyone please help?
