There are a few, skype, vonage(if you live in the us and already have a
vonage account), free world dialup and some others. There's also an article
(http://bostonpocketpc.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=2539)
that talks a little bit about each and also shows you how to setup vonage
with your softphone.
