HW6515A (WM 2003 SE) + Spectec Wlan11B SDIO card
Connects to wireless router and to the internet with no issues.

Attempting to map network shares fails. Can successfully ping the host
device from the handheld with no problems. Using Linksys NSLU2 as
appliance, shares seen from XP laptop on network. Exposing XP folder
share on network also cannot be seen from 6515, but the notebook is seen
during network scan.

Ideas?

Are you accessing the share via IP or netbios name? You should be able
access the shares via netbios name using the built in file explorer once
you set your wifi network profile to "work". If you are using a third party
client such as Resco Explorer, you don't have to change the network
profile.

I'll try the 'work' profile-I do have resco exploirer 2007, but it
doesn't see the NetBIOS share name of the NSLU2, but it does see the
laptop's Name, but not the share.

Tried to make the card 'work'-same result. I'm going to do a hard-reset
and reload the wireless card and Resco and see where it takes me.

hard reset, reloaded Spectec Driver, resco and z2's PocketLAN, set card
to Work - same result.

Is it only the NSLU2 that you can't connect to?  Have you tried connecting
to a windows share?  I wonder if the device has problems connecting to a
linux share.  I'll setup a linux share and do some testing.

Nope, can't connect to a Windows Share on my laptop that I established,
even though it sees the machine from within Resco-expand the laptop, and
no shares.
