Hello,

I have a question regarding the LG KS20 from Vodafone Germany.
I was using it for a couple of days and then it was hanging. I removed the
battery and restarted the phone. Now the WLAN / Wifi option completely
disappeared from the Connection Manager. It just shows Bluetooth and
Telephone now. Also, the WLAN manager in the connection settings is gone.

I had this situation before and sent the phone to repair. They repaired it
but I have no clue what they did.

The strange thing is that neither a hardware reset now the factory reset
code will cure the problem.

I would be grateful if someone can provide any hint.

Thanks
Ron

Hi,

Although I'm not sure what happened to your device I can suggest installing
WeFi software. I myself a mobile developer at WeFi - it is a wireless manager
utility with lots of benefits to it.
You can get it at www.wefi.com
Hope it will solve your problem.

I agree with Haim, it seems to me that during the process you have
removed/not installed the drivers for the WiFi card.
