I have a new Samsung (SCH-I770) running Windows Mobile 6.1. Initially I was
able to connect to a hidden wireless network (using static IP). Operated
ActiveSync with the Exchange server successfully, use the internet browser,
etc. Suddenly, the phone lost WiFi connection to that network and now cannot
reconnect to the same network. I have an Axim x51 (WM5.0) that can connect
to this network fine. Initially, when I turned on the I770 WiFi, it stated
that wireless networks were 'Available', but since they were hidden you
couldn't see the SSID listed in the 'Configure Wireless Networks' list. Now
when I turn on WiFi, the device states that networks are 'Unavailable'. It
is like it can't recognize any wireless signals.
The curious issue is that both devices can connect to my secure network at
home, but that network SSID (using DHCP) is not hidden.
Any ideas here? Since the Axim works and the I770 doesn't, it seems to
point towards a device or WM6.1 issue?
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Have you asked the network administrator? Do you have rights to access it?

Yes, I do have the rights to access it. Actually the network admin has been
trying to help me troubleshoot. We are just puzzled now.
