Removing WAV from PWI

Hi, I have a Compaq iPAQ Pocket PC 3670 with Windows CE.
So this morning I opened Notes and tried recording
something but it ended up recording it INSIDE an
Inkwriter note (PWI file). I wanted a wav file with just
the recording so I can open it with other apps not just
with Outlook. How do I get the recording out of the note?

Thanks! Thiago

see http://BevHoward.com/bhhpj.htm#Record (read the whole section)

One point not posted there yet is the fact that a complete wav file is
embedded within the pwi file and can be extracted by someone familiar
with the guts of binary files and the structure of the wav file format.

Hope this helps...
