I have been receiving the "Bluetooth radio failed to turn On due to
insufficient driver memory available. You must perform a normal reset" when
I try to enter Bluetooth Manager. It will actually work sometimes after
many soft resets or hard resets. It is back to square one and yet still
problems. I have installed all updates, checking after each updatem, and
still no success. I have an iPAQ h2215 with Pocket PC 2003, OS Version:
Windows CE 4.20.
I have checked everywhere on the web and have found many people with the
same problem and have tried everything others suggest but nothing works.
It sounds like it is a Windows CE 4.2 issue and not a hardware issue. Many
people have given up and purchased a new one but I will not yet give up.

The problem could be because of insufficient program memory available on
your device because of which the Bluetooth manager is not able to start up.
Try uninstalling some of the installed programs on your device that you
rarely use to free up some program memory.
Thanks
