Not likely.
Just install Outlook for use with your PPC and keep using
Outlook Express for everything else.
They co-exist just fine together-I use OE for day-to-day
stuff and Outlook for stuff destined specifically for the
PPC. No trouble at all. There was a question during the install
of Outlook where you could make a choice to keep
both of them...can't remember it specifically, but you'll
know it when you see it.

i have to use oe in order to have a fast computer.
outlook is very heavy for my workstation....
with oe i have only 1 application for mail, address and newsgroup....
using also outlook, i have to store in different place sent items newsgroup
and mails
and have two application running.
actuually i'm using third party plug in to sync oe with ppc, but it doesn't
work fine.
to keep all syncnonized i should export oe address book to outlook, then to
pocket pc.
too many passages.....
