MSN on PocketPC

Hi,

I try to connect to MSN using GPRS on my QTEK1010 but I always get the
following erro:
"Logon to MSN Messenger Service failed because the service is not compatible
with this version of the program"

I downloaded the latest available update from the Microsoft website but of
no avail...

any suggestions?

You may need to soft reset your device to get things going.
