I have configured my WM5 phone pda to sync with exchange server.  When I set
to sync every ie. 15 minutes, peak of off-peak, works fine.  When I set it to
sync as it arrives, it doesn't work.  I did supply pone's SMS e-mail address.

Does anyone have any idea?

Thanks in advance

Check and see if e-mail to sms msgs are making it to your device.  You can
do this by sending an e-mail to yournumber@whateveryourcarrieruses.something
If that works then your carrier may not like blank subject sms msgs which
eas sends.  You can test this the same way, send a msg to yourself without a
subject and see if it makes it to the device.

If you have Exchange 2003 SP1, you may need the hotfix at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=841995

I think that fix is included in Sp2.
