From a quick search, it seems all you need to do is remove the
BTTrayCE icon from the \windows\startup folder. It's redundant anyway,
since you don't have bluetooth hardware in the 3850.

I did not do it correctly first time.. now it solved the

Look into the notification queue with, say, SKTools. It's there that
BTTrayCE is called from.
