"Item not Syncronised"

Xda II to active sync 3.8

At PC syncronisation I am getting a "Item not Syncronised" message on the
files folder. This is not a conflict resolution and I wonder how I can find
out what file is not being synced and responsible for this message. Is
there a way of telling?

All files and apps are closed on the XDA.
