Why my ipaq 211 is very slow?

I have Ipaq 211 and I am using 8Gb 300X CF card and 8Gb class 6 SDHC
card. All my new programs I install on CD or SD card.
I noticed each time I start a new application I see a wheel is turning
(loading) - the same if I want to see a picture. I don't think it is a
card fault - 300x means over 45MB/sec, class 6 means 6MB/sec - so why
loading takes so much time? Is the a way to improve speed?

The CF bus reading speed is very slow in the 210. Try installing most your
apps you want fater to start in the built-in storage.
