Anyone know of any means to carry out mobile video conferences via pocket pc

I've heard that Microsoft Portrait can handle video conferencing if you've
got a supported camera.

Do a search on research.microsoft.com (the website) for it

ah, portrait - I have come across it before but it crashed a lot - has not
else come to the fore ?
