adofiltr.dll is a desktop side dll - so you may wish to try re-installing
ActiveSync to replace the dll.

Unfortunately In my Dept we do not have admin rights.
Asking IT Support to reinstall ActiveSync takes about
a week. Looking for the quickest way to solve this.
