Just installed MobileAdmin tools on the Exchange 2003 server, set a policy
and got my Motorola Q running WM5 to accept the policy.  I am all ready to
wipe.

After I wipe the phone, can I just plug my phone back into the PC and use
Active Sync to restore my programs?  I don't mind loosing the data.

You can take it out of the wipe list, so it can connect again and sync
again.

That is the most you can do.

Whatever else must come from a backup.
