I have a HTC TYTN II and want to access email from my work server.
The problem is that my phone has MSDP but it is not activated and the
provider says they can't activate it.

Does anyone know how I activate it on my phone so I can get my work
emails?????

Your device already has DirectPush. If your Exchange server is already
mobile enabled, you need to open Activesync on your device and click
Menu - Configure server to setup your email account. Once you've done
this, open Activesync again and click Menu - Schedule and select to
have As items arrive so that your emails are pushed to your device
when they reach your mailbox.
