Now, I am really confused to use config.bib and memory.cfg.xml files.

I bet those files are used for image generation.
I just cant understand why two?

Plz, help me!

memory.cfg.xml has extra information about flash configuration.
The RAM section must be the same in config.bib and memory.cfg.xml.

Again, this is WindowsMobile and discussions on it are not permitted in
public newsgroups.  Contact your MS support channel through which you got WM
in the first place.

Since it is not allowed to discuss the WM in public newsgroup, you may want
to take a look at your on-line help first.
To search some keyword about "memory.cfg.xml" or "Image Update" could help,
otherwise as Dean's suggestion, contact your MS support channel could be
your choice.
And whenever you have a question about makeimg process, it could give you
some clue by analyzing the %_FLATRELEASEDIR%\makeimg.out.
