My read on the license, generally, over several versions of Windows CE,
indicates that you can't distribute code in source format. You can
distribute it in binary, in some sense (certainly, if you clone and modify
some common code, you can build it into your OS and that's fine will all
recent versions of CE). I would think that this would apply to BSP
shipments, too (no source, but binary libraries OK), since the target user
of the code must have Platform Builder to do anything with it, so they could
clone/modify the code themselves. However, you'll need to consult a lawyer
to really be sure that you don't get into some trouble, particularly I'd
think, if you are *selling* the BSP, in some manner, with the code in it.
As for what terms, specifically, MS would require you to include in your
license, that's definitely going to require an answer from MS directly.
That just doesn't happen enough for it to really be carefully incorporated
into the Windows CE distribution by MS, I think...
