Before, when I needed a playlist, I used the Windows command:
Click Start, point to Programs, and then click MS-DOS Prompt.
Change directories to the folder that contains the media files for which you
want to create a playlist.

As far as I know, there are 2 different type of HTC HD2 phones:
One that was released several months ago, that does not have US 3G
ability, and one that is to be released March 24th that does have US 3G
