I BOUGHT A USED COMPAC IPAC3600 I DIDN'T COME WITH ANY

After I sync my calendar, I have unresolved items. I

5555.
On the Windows CE.NET 4.2 device, it asks to set up a partnership (Yes/NO).

My name is Susie and I have a problem.  When I add an
appointment on my desktop computer and sync it with my
iPAQ (Windows XP, Ipaq 5455, running Windows 2002, Active
Sync 3.7.1), the iPAQ places it one hour ahead!  Example:  

I have an HP4155 that will sync completely, but then
corrupts my Outlook Inbox with error message 0x800300FD.  
I have re-installed activesync 3.7.1, and SP2 - still
same problem.  

After clicking on the setup icon on the disc or trying to
install the downloaded version nothing happens. Is there
anything i can do?

I currently use ActiveSync 3.7 on an XP SP2 platform.  I want to upgrade to
3.7.1 and wanted to know if I can simply install 3.7.1 directly or if I need
to first uninstall 3.7 and then install 3.7.1

As part of the Pocket PC setup, I installed Outlook 2002
and Activesynch 3.7.1 in my laptop. I am using netzero as
my ISP and register.com as my POP3 email. I entered
mail.xxx.com (xxx is my domain name) in the incoming

Just installed 3.7.1.  Exchange Server 2003.  Outlook 2000 SR-1.  Ipaq 4155.
PPC 2002.
Sync'ing directly to server.   Calendar and Inbox sync fine.  But can not
get ANY contacts to sync.  Removed all contacts on PPC, unchecked sync

Having a PDA with finger print ID is a pretty secure means to protect
sensitive data, so on that score I am quite happy but the sensitive date on
the PDA is Active Sync'ed to my Notebook and this is where the security
problem is.

I may have been not too carefull in my search, but does anyone know what
fixes have been done in the Activesync version 3.7.1 compared to the earlier
versions?

How do I input contacts from a previous outlook profile file to the current
one that is sync'd with my PPC?
And, how do I switch outlook sync files on the PPC?
(I saw the option once...but can't find it again).
