Why Microsoft doesn't use .NET technology but is still using COM ?
Do I have to believe that Microsoft developers doesn't believe in .NET ?

Minimizes and stalls29 Sep 2005 06:22 GMT4
When I am syncing word files the AS looks for changes then stars syncing.
Then it minimizes to the Taskbar, continues to "swirl", shows time remaining
as stable, non reducing and does not transfer the files.
Any ideas? It works correctly about 1 time in 20.

I've just bought a PPC and set it up to sync with my PC at home. I will be

before I do this, please? Or can I just install ActiveSync on my PC at work,
plug in my PPC and go?
Newbie question28 Sep 2005 00:59 GMT1
For remote ActiveSync to work, what kind of server address is required?
does it have to be a POP or IMAP server?  Would I use my OWA or OMA URL
address?  I know that for ActiveSync to work internally, an FQDN should work
fine but I have remote users that want to use this feature.
