Does ActiveSync 4.0 require Exchange 2003 to synchronize?  I'm still
having troubles syncing, and the ActiveSync client is telling me that
there's no exchange server configured at the address I provided.

I've been using an iPaq for about 4 years now, progressing through many
models and active sync versions.  Currently, I'm using an iPaq 4700 with
ActiveSync 3.7.1 syncing with Outlook 2000 on a Dell running XP SP2.

I am trying to configure my IPAQ with activesync 3.8.  Everything works great
EXCEPT Outlook.  Active Sync seems to think I should provide an Exchange
server name, problem is I am on my home PC!

The good news is that I still have all the contacts stored on my

2005 beta 2. I get " The Current Version of ActiveSync is not supported.
