I have this small problem. I have a Windows XP machine connected to a
Windows 2003 SBS machine running exchange.
I have a remote user who logins to the Windows XP machine remotely via
remote desktop. Now if this user is logged in and someone plugs their phone

When I sync my notes with my home PC they lose the category that I assigned
them and are given the category "none". Does anyone know how to prevent
this?

Using AS4 my smartphone syncs in about 5 seconds.  Synching the same data my
PPC (WM5 JasJar) takes 10 times longer or more.
Why?

"Inbox: attention required" message keeps showing up. all other items sync
fine. I have run the scanpst.exe program successfully, yet I still get the
same error message.

I would to inform all those who had problems installing Active Sync 3.8/3.7
that you should cut your losses and install 4.0. I too tried everything
under the posted: deleting zero byte inf files, moving the unpacked files to
another folder - you name it tried. Then I saw that 4.0 ...

I use Windows Mobile 2002 in an iPaq 3600 and sync with Outlook 2002 on my
laptop. Frankly I dislike Outlook for email, and would far rather use
Outlook Express. That means I would need to be able to sync the WAB as it
would then become my "contact manager." Is such a thing ...

Does anyone use it? or used it?
Apparently it allows syncing of more then one contacts folders.

I am having a problem with my new Mobile 5 device - when I plug in the usb
cable ActiveSync on my laptop says 'Connecting...' and then just stays in
that state forever - it never gets to the 'Set up partnerships' screen.  My

Any one know how to resolve the issue of Outlook mail items with
attachments (or embedded images/objects) not syncing with ActiveSync
resulting in a constant "Unresolved Items"?

I upgraded to active sync 4 and when I try to sync I get a 86000108 support
code. Any ideas?
