With my first Sync (after buying a new PDA) I let the desktop overwrite
everything on my PDA (since nothing was on it). From my 71 contacts it only
sync. 13.
I moved all contacts in a temp folder - the 13 got delete (of course) -

I've just restored my device (XDA II) from a backup from a few months ago.
When I came to do the first sync of the device to get it up to date, rather
than copying all the new appointments, tasks and notes from Outlook to the
device, all Appointments/Tasks/Notes entered since the ...

Can somebody tell me what causes this error ?

I've an Orange SPV3000 Smartphone (equiv. to Qtek 9100) with WM5 and
activesync 4.1.
My deskop has Win2K.
The sync. process works fine with a freshly booted PC : I can plug the USB

i have two contact-folders on my PC, and i want to sync both of them to my
pocket pc. How can i do it?

I recently purchased a Dell AXIM X51V. I  upgraded from a X3.
Active sync was upgraded from 3.7 to 4.0.0 with the included CD. When I
ran Active Sync to place my calendar, contact and task on this new
device it did not move all the data to the PDA.

How do I delete an account in ActiveSync? I can find ways to clear the
folders of all messages but the account still shows up.

I have been using numerous PPC's since they was named PalmPc, and i have
never had any real problems with ActiveSync.
Well, that excelent problemfree track ended with ActiveSync 4.1...

A friend is having a problem, outlook 2002 was deleted from their laptop.
Ipaq then wouldn't sync. I Installed outlook from an office 2003 CD.  Ipaq
