When I synchronise with Activesync4, no data proir to two weeks ago is

Data on Outlook on the PC goes back to early 2004.

Our favorites are saved to a network drive instead of the default location.
Is there any way to tell activesync to look somewhere else?  The registry is
changed to the new location, but Activesynce must not look to the registry.
