Activesync (3.8) has decided it doesn't want to sync my Notes files any
longer.  I'm running XP SP2 with Office 2003. Does anyone have a clue as
to why Notes won't sync?  Any suggestions on how to fix it?

This is happening to every machine and PDA that I have come across:

I cannot drag/drop a simple Microsoft Access 2003 database to instantiate

After each sync the message is "Syncronization finished, 1 unresolved item."
I can click "Resolve items..." which makes it think for a second but then
returns with the same msg.
The window below shows that the unrtesolved item is in the Calender section.

I have a Dell Axim X3i 400 Mhz.   This is the 3rd one I have gotten (under
warranty), but for the life of me I have never been able to get it to synch
my notes or contacts etc.  I have not changed the craddle, but have tried it

6600 to my 6700 (WM5) and I upgraded from Activesync 3.8 to 4.1.
