I am currently having an issue where my HX4700 will no sync properly with my
PC running ActiveSync 3.7.1
When I try and sync the inbox, one of two things occur:
   1. ActiveSync will freeze part way through and simply not do anything.

I've Googled this message and come up with a bunch of explanations but I
have yet to find the real cause to this problem.  I have a user with a new
PPC mobile 5 device who syncs up with Exchange 2003.  He gets about a dozen
of the same message below per day.  Can someone tell me ...

WinXP, latest SPs and patches; ActiveSync 4.2; ViewSonic PocketPC connected
w/ USB.
When I put the PocketPC in the cradle, ActiveSync connects, then immediately

my tablet pc is connected through a wireless connection on my company.

the ip address of my device (viewing through the LAN connection) is

A few days ago my PPC icon in Explorer simply disapeared and when trying to
explore through Activesync 4.1 it only opened the C root in explorer.
I therefore reinstalled AS4.1, the PPC icon was back and I could access my
PPC data with explorer and copy to the PPC...

My laptop will not connect to any of my WM 5.0 devices (including the
i-mate KJAM, the Cingular 2125, and the T-MOBILE SDA). Though I've
experienced this problem in the past, I've been able to uinstall and
reinstall ActiveSync 4.2 and restart my computer to solve the problem.
