I know this is a common theme but I have a WM5 device and am using
Activesync 4.2 (after getting nowhere with 4.0 and 4.1). When I connect my
device the Activesync system tray icon turns green and it tries to connect
to my device but fails.

Is there anyway to include Personal Cal Folders in the Calendar downloads
with ActiveSync?

Does anyone know how to keep Active Sync 4.1 from automatically opening when
switching from one user account to another on a Windows XP machine?  This is
rather annoying.

I'm thinking about to write a small tool to swap between ActiveSync 3.8 and
4.2.
This tool would kill the actual ActiveSync 4.2 process, changes some DLL's
and registry settings and restart ActiveSync 3.8 and vice versa.

I have installed AS 4.2 (beta) and it solved some nagging stability
problems (w/ WM 5.0 on a IPAQ hx2495).  Should I install AS 4.2 (final)
and, if so, do I need to uninstall the beta version currently on my
PDA?

Hello all, I am looking for some help regarding wireless et all.  
I have a Dell Axim 50x handheld with Windows Mobil 2003, 2nd edition and
active sync 3.7.1, an Inspiron E1505 laptop, a netgear wireless setup at the
house and MSN is my internet provider.

I just upgrades to ActiveSync 4.1 with my Pocket PC 2003 device. Since the
upgrade it no longer syncs over the wireless network. Is there a fix for it?
Or do I have to go back to 3.8?

I have this weird problem and see it all the time. When I have activesync
synced up to my Samsung i730, I am unable to type until I disconnect the USB
port. When I do have it connected the system appears to "swollow" keystrokes
while allowing other ones.

Have a Sprint PPC-6700 with the latest ROM update and AS connecting to our
local Exchange 2003 SP2 server via SSL. Get the emails and can send out no
