Hi NG, we are using a WM5 device from Vodafone (VPA IV). The front-end server for our Exchange 2003 is an apache. The apache is responsible for the ssl connection from the mobile device.

I have noticed that the Smart Phone Edition of Zip for Windows Mobile 5.0 has extra features and programs that are not available on the PDA edition. For instance, my AXIM X51v does not have the zip program that seems to be available on some smart phones I have seen.

Active sync syncs fine from the Pocket PC 2005 to the Exchange Server but doesn't sync from the Exchange Server to the PocketPC even though when syncing it says it has found x amount of items but doesn't. I have tried messing around with security, rebuilding IIS exchange folders

What do you do when you buy a new portable device and ActiveAsync says... "An system error has prevented Microsoft ActiveSync from setting up a partnership between your mobile device and this computer". I've looked in the WinXP Event logs and there are no System errors reported

I have SBS 2003 Running fine with about 20 users. I have enabled outloook mobile access using the wizard. Every time I try to sync it askes for the password and once I enter it it asks again. I can't get it to sync! Any Ideas? (I have few other servers doing this just fine)
