On trying to connect to the AS, it asks me permanently for the password,

I will synchronise an Access base but when I will check the Option Pocket
Access in ActiveSync, and when my Pocket Pc is connected, the checkBox of
this option is invisible...
How can I resolve my problem?

I just bought an 8125 and I can connect to my Exchange server just fine but
the "as items arrive" option in the schedule tab will not sync at all. I have
to set it to sync every 5 minutes. My boss has the same phone with an older
firmware version and his works correctly.
