When I try to use the "sync appointments only in these categories", all appointments seem to sync (both directions) without regard to category. What am I missing? ActiveSync 4.2/iPaq 2755

I have Activesync 3.8 installed. Everytime I cradle the Symbol 2800 pocket PC the message comes up that I first need to establish partnership. I hit cancel so it defaults to Guest then it connects, but everytime I reconnect I get the message to establish the partnership again!!

Here is my problem. We are using WM5 devices and Exchange Push to supply a remote email service here. This is all working great. However, I have a number of users who do not have personal PDA's but instead need to use a device assinged to the area they are working in.

My Mio a201 restarts every 5 minutes while connected to my computer in order to synchronise with outlook 2003. Why can't we deal with frequency of synchronisations ? It's very stupid , frustrating and boring when you want to load your battery, isn't it ?
