Activesync 4.2 is looking for this file, which doesn't exist on my computer (W2K) and 4.5 will not convert my MS Office files (I have Office XP) or sync with my Outlook. Where can I get the requested MFC80.dll so I can get the friendlier 4.2 to work? Thanks.

This may not help a lot of you but only some. I finally got my system to synch with WMDC 6.0. In a nutshell, after trying lots of items suggested by others, I simply deleted my Windows Mobile Device from my Hardware Device Settings.
