I am using a Dopod D810 running Windows Mobile 6.0. I also use a notebook
running Windows Vista Enterprise. I have been trying to activate Information
Rights Management on my Dopod but cannot find the "Activate Device Rights
Management" button on my WDMC 6.1.

Only about 2/3 of each my notes and contacts get transferred to, or
