Can I retrieve or backup from my AT&T 8525? My hard drive crashed and I had to start over with new one. Activesync had to setup new relationship and now I cannot figure out if I can retrieve old outlook files?

I have a Q9M running WM6 smarthphone. I want to sync with my Exchange server. I can sync fine via a USB connection. I work remotely and have to VPN into work. The device doesn't care when connected via USB. BTW, no access on 443 outside firewall. OWA is available inside firewall.
