I bought a used Dell Axim x51 off eBay and it did not come with an
installation CD.  I have been using an iPaq rz1715 previously.  I had no
problems syncing my iPaq with my Windows XP SP2 system.  However, my
Axim syncs properly once after I install it but then stops syncing.

Since updating to Activesync 4.5 I've noticed that near the end of the sync
cycle, the icons on my desktop repeatidly refresh. The effect looks like the
desktop clears and then repaints about one a second.
Has anyone else experienced this and is there any solution?

I have an old MPx220 that I've been syncing for a number of years.
Activesync gives me an option to select which categories of contacts to
transfer to the smartphone. I have over 4000 contacts, so the shorter list
makes looking for a number in the phone alot easier.

sometimes I plug the PPC 6700 in to USB and it syncs up fine.
then I plug it in two minutes later and I get "USB device not
recognized"
