I have an older (or maybe just old) Dell Axim. Mostly due to its age
(and design), some of the pins are broken or bent on the bottom of the

can anyone help me solve following problem. I have a QTEK PDA / Phone i
connect via USB cable to a laptop.
The laptop, a fujitsu-siemens runs Vista Home Premium and office 2003 is

I am running XP SP2 with Outlook 2002. I have used activesync for several
years with no issues. My new device is a Samsung SCH-i760 with WM6

I am currently using Vista with Windows Mobile DEvice Centre to synch my WM5
PDA with desktop.
However, due to massive reliability issues with Vista, I am going to have to
upgrade to Windows XP. So unfortunately I will no longer be able to use

I have done lots of research but can't find a solution to this:
A UK Orange E650 (HTC S710).   WMDC recognises a device attached but fails
to sync.  Device not visible in computer or media player.  Device is in
device manager.

I use ActiveSync 4.5.0, Outlook 2003 SP3 & Windows Mobile 6.
In Outlook 2003, I use the field called "Contacts" that hyper-links to
other contacts - it's a great help. On my mobile phone though, I can't

I have a HP Jornado 568 Pocket PC.  The window os says pocket pc
version 3.011171 (Build 11178).  Can I update the OS on this unit?  I
am using the latest version of Activesync (4.5).
However, since the time change fiasco in 2007 happened, I haven't been

I've just upgraded to Vista Home Premium (clean install, only bits of
'previous' five years are transferred files and settings now reinstalled).
Would like to know...IS it possible to sync Axim X5 (power version) running
