my smartphone (SAMSUNG i780) / WM6 is connected via USB to my Desktop PC (Win XP prof).
My desktop PC is connected to the internet via DSL cable router.
I followed AS help and connections setting are configured as "This computer is connected to:
Internet".

I've a problem with sync my contacts from my HTC 710 to my PC (vista,
windows mail, windows mobile devicecenter installed). I get a (dutch)
message. "Active sync has found a problem on the desktop". Can anyone help
me?

While I tried installing the very latest Active sync on my x64 system
(downloaded a few moments ago from the MS website), the installer kept
failing with the _remarkable_ error :

Hi all, I'm a newbie in working with Activesync; we have two mobile
devices (industrial barcode readers), one with Mobile 5.0 and
Activesync installed (no problem), the other with CE 5.0 and no
Activesync installed: I cannot connect from my desktop to the latter,

I have a htc p3600 and when i sync with exchange it gives me error 8004010d,
which I understand is out of memory; I have a memory card with plenty of room
and would like to redirect the sync data to it, but don't know how. Can
anyone be kind enough to tell me so.

Does anyone know of an application that can be used to wirelessly syn

Getting this trying to sync my HTC TYTN II running WM6.1 to an exchange
server.
Same settings worked fine before I upgraded device to WM 6.1
Hard resets, delete partnerships etc all no effect.

Is this behaviour by design?
Whenever I switch user and then switch back I find that activesync has
disabled USB and COM connections.
Most irritating.

for synchronizing agenda, contacts and tasks to my HTC S710.
I am using Outlook for managing my calendar and contacts but I don't have

number in my outlook 2003 and then synchronise contacts with my

I can sync contact, email all sort of things, but not canlendar.
Every time when I click for sync canlendar, the sync cannot finish.

i am using windows media device centre on vista sp1 and asus smart phone. it
is not syncing  properly. for eg if i have 10 unread messages showing in
outlook, after syncing smart phone shows 7 unread messages. therefore it goes
