I have a new Acer n50 Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC. and my desktop PC runs
XP home with SP2.
i installed activesync 3.7 from the CD and all was working well.

Summary:
Got  x85010015 with ActiveSync to Exchange 2007 via ISA2006
(Note all works Ok on my ancient XDA with Mobile 5).

I've been using my iPAQ H2200 with CE 4.2 on WMDC and SyncCenter for
maybe 6 months now without problems. In the last few weeks, I've been

I am looking to create a backup of a device through Active Sync 4.5.  Earlier
there was a option to take Backup/Restore in 3.X versions of Active Sync but
now there is no such option.

We have just completed a rollout to our engineers of around a dozen HTC6500
mobiles.  Al of the engineers have an email account on the server (SBS2003)
and all were created using the same template.
We have discovered over the past couple of days that 3 engineers cannot see

I have vista 64 bit.  I have downloaded the Mobil Device Center 6.
Multiple times I have attempted to install the OS so I could sync with
my IPAQ hw6945.  The result has been where is starts the install, gets
part way through and then uninstalls.

I have Activesync set up on Exchange Server 2003, and I also have the option
of synchronizing "as items arrive" on my phone. However, when I use that
option, it seems to sync every 8 minutes instead of when items arrive. This
