Anybody order from these people before?
I placed an order 2 days ago with them. When the books wouldn't
download I emailed there support dept. 3 emails late still no books
and all I get is a "don't call us we'll call you" email from them.

I have a PocketPC Phone Edition running PPC2002 and
MSReader v2.2.2
I can read the help files, the dictionaries, but not any
of the free eBooks on my PPC although they work fine on my

I have loaded the FULL version of MS Reader v 2 on my Viewsonic V37 Pocket
PC. Now, when I try to open a book, Reader just hangs with the rotating pie
"wait" symbol.
This device is running Pocket PC 2002 and Reader was preinstalled in ROM.

A good while back I downloaded a shareware book, "Terminal Compromise" by Winn
Schwartau.  I had just started to read it.  However, I recently updated
Microsoft reader and it just opens blank pages.  My other books open just fine.
However, in searching online, I cannot find ...

I have MS reader on both my Dell Axim and PC.  I click
the link on the free ebook link from microsoft.  It
switches me to a new Internet window which is just blank
and there are some numbers in the address.  When I check

Also, since upgrading Reader on my Toshiba e750 and reactivating the device,
it takes 3-4 times as long to open "old-version" eBooks as it did before I
did the upgrade. Anyone know what might be causing this (or, more important,
how to resolve it)?

There are several eBooks that I used with the previous version of
Reader quite successfully.  Now, I updated reader to the new version
from Microsoft's site, and those eBooks are only displaying blank
pages!

The version of MS Reader on my IPAQ was 2.2.1 and was
unable to use e-book with PPC 2003.  Install MSREADER
2.2.2 from the microsoft website and the problem will
resolve.

I am having the same problem everyone else is.  I thought
I was doing something wrong, but apparently not.  Has
anyone figured out how to fix the problem.  I spent $15 on
a book through Amazon that I can't get to open on my PPC.
