Like many people, I have failed to sucessfully activate Microsoft reader on my Windows Mobile 5.0 device (QTek 9100). I dowloaded and installed the latest version available from the web site (2.4.1 build 5323) and ActiveSync 4.1 on my PC (Windows XP SP2).

I'm attemping to activate Reader on a T-Mobile MDA (just picked it up today). When I go through the activation process the web page immediately kicks me back and tells me it can't find a PPC 2002/2003 device (The MDA runs Windows Mobile 5).

I've got a Dell Axim x30 PPC I've been using with MS Reader for over a year now and have really had no problems. Of course now that I've said that, you know it's not true any longer. All of a sudden, I get the following when trying to open an ebook I recently bought from Amazon ...

Here's a really basic question. How do I tell the version of Reader I have on my Pocket PC 2002? I am sure there's just got to be a simple answer, but I'm blowed if I can find it. Thanks.

I would like to see an option that would allow us to change the background and text colors. Examples: Black text with cream background (easier on the eyes) White text with black background (easier reaing in the dark)

I would like to have the Reader scroll the text like other readers do. I prefer Microsoft reader to other ebook readers but want that scrolling action to keep me from having to keep one finger on the scroll knob. Help please, or suggest a reader that will handle .lit files that ...
